Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love The Deep End! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused in original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used games

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Products not in original packaging

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at using our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization

 

Return Shipping

  • For defective or damaged items: We'll cover return shipping costs

  • Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer)

 

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your game arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form.

  2. Include photos of the damage and your order number

  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact us at [email address] and we'll work with you to resolve the issue

 

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
